De levering was supersnel en ik heb de fiets gemakkelijk in elkaar gezet met het meegeleverde gereedschap. Rivena Biles stuurde ook een e-mail met een link naar een instructievideo op hun YouTube-kanaal.
Even zoeken hoe de fiets goed in elkaar te zetten , maar resultaat is goed.
Een stevige fiets met flinke kracht qua ondersteuning. Dochter zeer tevreden!
heb onlangs een nieuwe fiets gekocht en ben erg tevreden over mijn ervaring. De service in de winkel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er werd goed meegedacht bij het kiezen van de juiste fiets en alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd. De levering verliep netjes en volgens afspraak.
De fiets rijdt comfortabel en voldoet helemaal aan mijn verwachtingen. Ik zou dit bedrijf zeker aanbevelen aan anderen die op zoek zijn naar een nieuwe fiets.
Na bezorging accu opgeladen fiets gemonteerd en een stuk gaan fietsen. Fietst heerlijk! Na een uurtje wel last van de bips maar dat is kwestie van een goeie zadel kopen :) dat is het enige! Ik zou de fiets zo weer kopen. Heel erg blij mee!!

De Rivena fiets is stevig, comfortabel en geschikt voor dagelijks gebruik. Hij rijdt stabiel, schakelt soepel en heeft betrouwbare remmen. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is goed, al kan hij wat zwaar aanvoelen.
Conclusie: een fijne en betrouwbare allround fiets.
Gewoon een goede no nonsense fiets. Elektrische transport fiets. Simpele bediening. Hele goede trapondersteuning. Alles werkt perfect. Goede communicatie ook betreft aflevering.
Erg leuk fiets. Ik had een hekel aan fietsen, maar nu alleen maar plezier. Ik ben 153cm lang en hij staat op de laagste stand. Was makkelijk in elkaar te zetten dat heb ik als vrouw alleen gedaan. Ik raad deze fiets zeker aan.
Ik ben super blij met de fiets en dat voor dit bedrag. Hij ondersteunt super goed zelfs in stand 1 zit je zo op 23 kilometer zonder veel moeite. Hij zit lekker rechtop als een oma fiets kortom echt een top fiets! Ik heb hem wel na aankoop na de fietsenmaker gedaan om de ketting te smeren en even na te laten kijken of alles goed vast zit.
Een uitstekende fiets, een geweldige prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, heel gemakkelijk om een kinderzitje te monteren, de elektrische motor is krachtig en schakelt zeer soepel, een praktische fiets voor dagelijks gebruik.
Ikzelf ben van België en had hierdoor toch een paar vragen. Ik ben heel tevreden over de klantendienst die elke keer snel en heel vriendelijk antwoorden op alle berichten.
Ik heb de fiets op vrijdag besteld en maandag voormiddag was hij al geleverd in België!
Met de fiets kwamen ook video’s om hem in elkaar te steken die heel handig zijn voor onhandige mensen als ik 😅
Als ik ooit nog een fiets nodig heb koop ik deze zeker hier terug!
Het is niet alleen een heel mooie fiets maar een lichte fiets. Er is niks negatiefs op te zeggen. Gemakkelijk te monteren. Het rijdt zalig. Je moet niet veel moeite doen alsof je wordt geduwd. Ik raad het zeker aan. Spijtig dat die uitverkocht is, ik had die gekocht voor mijn dochter maar ik had ook graag ene voor mij gewenst.

Het opbouwen van de fiets ging zonder problemen.En een maal klaar een testrit zonder problemen gedaan.Display lekker duidelijk,en versnellingen allemaal soepel.Hydraulische schijfremmen,heel direct.Kortom een prima fiets,voor emen aantrekkelijke prijs..En vooral prima verpakt.
De handleiding voor de cargo d7 plus was er niet dus we moesten die van de transporter gebruiken maar die heeft een heel andere bevestiging op meerdere onderdelen...gelukkig zelf ha die en samen met het plaatje van de fiets gelukt maar dit had wel iets makkelijker gemogen

If you order a Rivena, we will deliver it directly to your home so you can ride it straight away. The bicycle is transported in a box to reduce the risk of transport damage. This means that the individual parts, such as the pedals and the handlebars, still have to be mounted.
