If you order before 5:00 PM on workdays, we will send your bicycle for free. On the day that your order has been received by us, you will receive an e-mail message in the evening containing your Track & Trace code and a delivery date. Here you can see when our carriers expect to deliver the bicycle.

We have a 30 day no questions asked return policy! You have more than four weeks to try out your bike. If you are not satisfied, please send us an email. Make sure you keep the original packaging, this greatly simplifies returns and saves on double packaging. Read more about the return conditions here.

The most suitable average body height is stated for each frame size. If you want to be sure that you purchase the correct frame size, you can calculate this by measuring your inseam length. Measure the inseam without your shoes on. You do this by placing your legs about 15 cm apart and measuring the distance between the ground and crotch height. If you multiply this length (in cm) by 0.68, you get the corresponding frame size.

If you order a Rivena, we will deliver it directly to your home so that you can ride it straight away. The bicycle is transported in a box to reduce the risk of transport damage. This means that the individual parts, such as the pedals and the handlebars, still have to be mounted.
