If you choose to return your electric bicycle to us personally, you will benefit from our free returns policy. We do not charge return costs if you return the bicycle to our warehouse yourself. Returns with Pickup Service
If you prefer a pick-up service for your electric bicycle, we also offer this convenient option. However, please note that a return fee will apply for this service. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded or the value of your replacement bicycle. This way we can cover the costs of collection, processing and return logistics.
