Returning my e-bike
At Rivena, we are proud to offer high-quality electric bicycles. It may happen that you wish to return a product. Our return policy has been designed to ensure this process is clear, fair, and as smooth as possible.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.
You will receive a credit for the full order amount, including standard shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the item from your address to our warehouse are at your own expense, unless you use the personal return service as described below.
For a full refund, the e-bike must:
, to be unused
, to be complete with all supplied accessories
, if reasonably possible, to be in the original packaging
, show no signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to assess the product
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary, we may charge a reduction in value.
Free returns when returning in person
If you choose to return your electric bike to our warehouse in person, the return is free. In that case, no return costs will be charged.
Our team is ready to assist you with processing your return and answer any questions.
Return with pickup service
If you wish to make use of our pick-up service, this is possible. Return costs are charged for this service. These will be deducted from the amount to be refunded or the value of a replacement product.
These costs also apply if an order is refused at the door.
Refund
We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been received by us in good order or conclusive proof of shipment has been submitted.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Register return
You can register your return via our customer service. After registration, you will receive further instructions for the return.
