If you order a Rivena, we will deliver it directly to your home so you can ride it straight away. The bicycle is transported in a box to reduce the risk of transport damage. This means that the individual parts, such as the pedals and the handlebars, still have to be mounted.

Shipping of electric bicycles is temporarily free , for both the Netherlands and Belgium!

All our e-bikes are directly available from stock. In most cases, if your bicycle is ordered before 5:00 PM on workdays, it will be delivered to your home the next day. If you place the order after 5:00 PM, the delivery time is 2 working days.

The most suitable average body height is stated for each frame size. If you want to be sure that you purchase the correct frame size, you can calculate this by measuring your inseam length. Measure the inseam without your shoes on. You do this by placing your legs about 15 cm apart and measuring the distance between the ground and crotch height. If you multiply this length (in cm) by 0.68, you get the corresponding frame size.

For all Rivena electric bicycles we provide an exceptional 5-year warranty on both material and construction defects of the frame and front fork. This long-term warranty is a direct reflection of our belief in the superior quality of the materials used and the craftsmanship integrated into the manufacturing process. The frame and fork are the core of the bike, and with this warranty we aim to give you peace of mind knowing you are investing in a product of the highest standard.

For all other parts of our bicycles, our warranty period extends to a maximum of 2 years. This includes a wide range of essential components such as electrical systems, brakes, gears and other parts that contribute to the overall quality and performance of your bicycle.

This depends on various circumstances. There is no fixed number of kilometers for a battery. However, the range is largely determined by the battery capacity. On average, you cycle approximately 100 to 125 kilometers with a fully charged 500Wh battery.

The range also depends on, for example, your own weight, the outside temperature and the level of support.
