Het is een hele fijne fiets, gekregen van mijn dochters voor mijn 80ste verjaardag en zij vonden dat ik die 30 jaar oude fiets met die lastige middenstang maar eens naar de afval moest brengen.
Fijn dat ik nu ook grotere afstanden kan fietsen.

Considering that the bike is my personal property and has a value of over €1,000, having official documentation confirming the insurance coverage would make me feel much more secure.

gisteravond zat er een scheurtje bij het ventiel in de binnenband en er moet dus een nieuwe binnenband op, dit vind ik wel vervelend

Standaard mag iets korter, als hij nu met het stuur naar links staat valt hij bijna om. zeker met wat wind.

Ik heb gekozen voor het 2 jaar garantiepakket en daar ben ik erg blij mee. Bij een e-bike zit natuurlijk meer techniek dan bij een gewone fiets, dus het geeft een fijn gevoel dat eventuele problemen of onderhoud goed geregeld zijn.
Het zorgt voor extra zekerheid en je kunt daardoor gewoon zorgeloos genieten van de fiets. Alles is duidelijk geregeld en dat geeft vertrouwen in zowel het product als de service.

If you order a Rivena, we will deliver it directly to your home so you can ride it straight away. The bicycle is transported in a box to reduce the risk of transport damage. This means that the individual parts, such as the pedals and the handlebars, still have to be mounted.

All our e-bikes are directly available from stock. In most cases, if your bicycle is ordered before 5:00 PM on workdays, it will be delivered to your home the next day. If you place the order after 5:00 PM, the delivery time is 2 working days.
