It may happen that a part of your e-bike does not function properly or has unfortunately become defective. In such cases, you are welcome to contact us for repair services on your e-bike. We recommend that any damage be repaired immediately, rather than continuing to cycle and allowing the problems to worsen. A timely repair also contributes to the lifespan of your e-bike. Our service center usually has the necessary spare parts in stock.
