Return conditions

At Rivena we stand behind the quality and performance of our e-bikes. However, we understand that there may be times when you want to return your purchase. To make this process smooth and efficient, we have drawn up our return conditions.

Conditions for Returns*:

  • The e-bike can only be returned if it is in new condition and in the original packaging. This means that the bicycle must be free of signs of use, damage or any other form of wear. Also, all accessories and documentation included with the purchase must be returned in their original condition.
  • If there is a problem with the e-bike and you would like to return it, we request that you contact us first. Send an email to info@rivena.nl stating your order number and a detailed description of the problem you have encountered. We strive to assist you as quickly as possible and help you find a suitable solution.

* Returns are possible up to 30 days after purchase and can be cycled up to 2 km.

Procedure for Returns:

- Contact our customer service at info@rivena.nl to register your return request. Be sure to include your order number and a description of the problem.

- After we have received and reviewed your request, we will provide you with further instructions regarding the return. Make sure you carefully pack the bike in the original packaging and include all accessories and documentation.

- Once we have received and inspected the returned e-bike, we will begin processing the return. Depending on the nature of the problem, this may result in a refund, repair or replacement of the product.

We would like to emphasize that we are committed to your satisfaction and strive for smooth and fair handling of returns. Please note that the returns policy applies to ensure the integrity of our products and to provide our customers with the best possible experience.
