How do I place an order?

Step 1: Select your desired bicycle To begin your shopping experience, first select the bicycle you want to purchase. Browse our extensive range and choose the one that best suits your needs. Once you've found the perfect bike, all you have to do is click the green "Order" button.

Step 2: Enter your personal details After selecting your bicycle, you will arrive on the page where you must enter your personal details. We need your email address to keep you informed of the order status and to send you order confirmation. We also need your name and address so that we can deliver the bicycle to the right place. Make sure all information is entered correctly.

Step 3: Choose your desired payment method Now it is time to select your desired payment method. We accept various payment options, including credit card, iDEAL and more. Choose the method that is most convenient for you and enter all the necessary details to complete the payment.

Step 4: Check order Before you finally place the order, we recommend that you check all entered information again. Make sure your bicycle choice, personal information and payment details are correct. If everything is correct, click the "Review Order" button to proceed to the final step.

Step 5: Confirm your order On the "View order" page you will get an overview of your entire order. Double check all the details and if you are satisfied, click the "Pay Now" button to finalize your order. Once payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation of your order and the bicycle will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
