How do I order via the bicycle plan?

There are a number of ways to make use of the bicycle scheme. Using an intermediary organization such as FiscFree or the National Bicycle Plan (NFP) is the most common.

  1. Ask your employer if you can buy a bicycle with the bicycle plan.
  2. Check with your employer up to what amount you are allowed to use the bicycle scheme (if you want a more expensive bike, you can simply pay the extra cost yourself).
  3. Fill out the bicycle plan form and send it to the bicycle plan organization.
  4. Order the bicycle via our customer service by email and indicate that it is a bicycle plan order.

We need the following information from you via email:

  • Fiscfree Code
  • Which Rivena bike model
  • First and last name
  • Address details
  • Phone number


5. We receive the money from the bicycle plan organization.

6. Your new bike will be delivered to you by us quickly.
